Pilates Practice

You Will Need

  • Exercise Mat 

  • Small firm cushion

  • Drinking Water

  • Hand towel

  • 1kg hand weights or tin of baked beans = 500g

  • Wear comfortable exercise clothing 

  • You will be exercising bare foot


During class I will guide you through the Pilates exercises giving you different options to suit your ability with cues and information about how to position the body correctly and what the purpose of the exercises are and what you are achieving during each exercise.

I encourage you to listen to your body, work within your own limitations and progress when you feel the time is right for your own body..

Terms & Conditions

  • Pre-booking is required for health & safety reasons and first free session may only be used once.

  • If you can't attend or no longer require your booking please allow a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice to allow someone else from the waiting list to take advantage of the space   Thank you in advance.

  • Clients are required to fill out a health questionnaire prior to attending a class

  • Clients will need to provide their own exercise mat due to health and hygiene reasons

  • Classes will begin promptly, please arrive in a timely manor.
