Service Description

Pilates classes for women who want a low impact yet powerful, beautiful and effective way to strengthen & exercise the body. During your free Pilates taster class you will ease aches & stiffness, improve core awareness, challenge balance, increase flexibility, feel stronger, achieve mind and body awareness, decrease stress levels and learn how Pilates helps you feel amazing in a low impact way to exercise your body. Pilates can compliment your current cardio, running or gym workouts to help increase flexibility to lengthen tight, short muscles to avoid injury, relive aches and pains and improve your performance. Pilates can help if you relieve discomfort in your shoulders, neck, lower back, pelvis and legs if you do a standing job or even if you sit at a desk for long periods. You will improve your posture and feel better during your working day and general day to day activities. You will have fun and meet like minded women and taking some time out for yourself. Cancellation Policy
